Non-returnable items:
- Digital downloads, software, or any products that are licensed and activated.
- Personalized or customized items.
- Gift cards.
- Opened or used hygiene-related products.
2. How to Return an Item
If your purchase meets the return eligibility criteria, follow these steps to initiate a return:

Upon reviewing your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, as well as return instructions. Please note that returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. - Step 3: Packaging the Product
Securely package the item in its original packaging (if available) and include all accessories, manuals, and warranties. Ensure that the product is properly protected to prevent damage during transit. - Step 4: Shipping the Product

Please use a trackable shipping method and retain your shipping receipt. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued if the returned item is not in its original condition (damaged, missing parts, etc.). A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to items returned that do not meet the original return conditions.
4. Exchanges
